Frequently Asked Questions

I am based out of Southern California, more specifically in the Inland Empire but no wedding is ever too far.
We will travel anywhere as long as you’ll have us! Southern California is just happens to be where we reside but we love to travel! Please contact us for pricing information.
Yes! I believe in meeting with my couples to get familiar with each other and listen to all the plans you have for your big day. I always bring some sample albums and canvas so that you can see them in person as they are included in some of our collections. Since I am based in the IE, I wouldn’t wish any of my couples driving on the dreaded 91 fwy, let me know what city you’re located and we’ll find a central location to meet. If meeting in person is not convenient, we can always take advantage of technology and video chat (Skype/Google Hangout).
I use the top of the line professional Canon cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
Yes, I am fully insured and carry liability insurance. We’d be more than happy to provide proof when requested.
On average, approximately 60-80 images per hour of photography coverage. The images delivered all depends on several factors such as if the wedding is running on time, or following all the traditional customs, or if there are multiple locations for us to travel to and something as simple as family members being present for family formal photos. We carefully go through all the images taken on your wedding day and remove all the photos that have awkward faces, blinking eyes, camera lighting test shots and etc.
Wedding day coverage images are delivered through an online gallery within 8 weeks, although, we’ve never taken that long. We typically send out sneak peeks of your wedding day within a few days. Engagement sessions and portraits are typically delivered within 3 weeks.
Every image that you’ll receive is color-corrected (to get the most accurate colors out of an image) and check for correct exposure so that they’re ready for a professional lab to print. However, some mistaken retouching as a post-processed image. Retouching is the process of manipulating photographs (“photoshopping”) in order to change the looks of a subject such as removing blemishes, wrinkles, and/or making someone look thinner. Basic retouching services are included with any heirloom album only and any extensive retouching requests can be done for an additional cost.
Thank you so much! I am excited to be your wedding photographer! We require a 33% non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the actual wedding date. The retainer is non-refundable because it is to retain my services for your date and nobody else will be able to hire me for the same date.
